dreamsofsleep just saw Inglourious Basterds for the first time and it got me thinking about this video. Sally Menke edited every single Tarantino film. The two of them had an amazing creative partnership. The cast and crew of his films would often look into the camera after a take and say “Hi Sally.” She must have seen thousands of these moments as she sat there going through dailies.
Sally Menke passed away on September 27, 2010.
